Through a partner program, Jones Lighting Services successfully completed 692 Walgreens work orders to inspect and/or repair EMS panels, to ensure the locations are fully operational and there is no downtime.

Walgreens had asked Jones to expedite this process to ensure the safety and uptime of each location. The first 273 locations were completed in 6 weeks.

The remediation effort allowed our technicians to deploy various skillsets as they were met with a unique set of challenges at each of the 692sites. Instructed by Walgreen’s dedicated Electrician, our field crews installed Handle Ties, inspected circuits to separate 120V from LV wiring, accurately labeled Breakers and Relay boxes, and evaluated inline fusing.

Detailed documentation was submitted by our Technicians after each visit to include before/after pics, Store Stamp, and Manager approval to secure proper approvals from Walgreens corporate Electrician.

The Jones Lighting team carefully listened to the customer's needs, learned the deadline and expectations, and was able to provide fast and reliable service for Walgreens.
